Fees and Rebates

As of the 1st of July 2025, the Medicare rebate for registered psychologists is $98.97, for individuals with a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Please note if you are not seeking a rebate from Medicare you do not require a referral. Some private health insurers cover some of the cost of psychological services. Your insurer can provide you with personalised advice based on your level of cover. Private health insurance cannot be used in conjunction with Medicare services.

Standard Appointment Fee

$250

(per 50-minute appointment)

After-hours Appointment Fee

$265

After 5pm or weekends

The current recommended fee for psychological services set by the Australian Psychological Society is $318 for a 46–60-minute appointment. I aim to keep my fees below this.
